The Customer Service representative will gather all necessary information regarding the vehicle relocation: schedule for pick-up and delivery, daytime and evening time availability, condition of the vehicle (inoperable or running), top-load preferences and other transportation-related details. Once we get the necessary information you will receive a confirmation email from us.
The Customer Service representative will get in touch with the contact person at the pickup location prior to arriving. A thorough inspection of the vehicle will be completed and both the driver and the pickup contact person will sign to verify accuracy. The vehicle is loaded onto the carrier and begins heading to the delivery location. Lego Transportation Inc. is licensed, insured and certified. Every step of our service is taken with extreme care and dedication.
When you schedule your shipment, Lego Transportation Inc. will provide you with you personal booking number and a link that will be assigned only to you. Once you sign in, you will have an opportunity to track the relocation of your vehicle that is updated every 12 hrs. The driver will make arrangements with the contact at the delivery location prior to arriving. Delivery arrangements will be made 24 hrs in advance and several hours prior arrival. After the vehicle is unloaded the final inspection of the vehicle will be conducted. It is extremely important that customer does a thorough inspection in order to avoid further concerns with the condition of the vehicle on pick up and delivery.

The cost of transporting your vehicle depends on couple of factors: distance, type & condition of vehicle, trailer type. Other than that it is all about marketing complications.
